What is online training—
Online training is a new and exciting way for me to provide more telling and cost effective coaching and transformation services to you without having to meet person to person.
Our online coaching is tailored for the person out there that knows how to train but needs their t’s crossed and i’s dotted. This service can be utilised by anyone from anywhere, with convenience, responsiveness, flexibility and affordability.

Finding it hard to build muscle, lose fat and improve performance even though you are putting in the work?
Can’t hold yourself accountable and find you are eating the wrong amount of food, don’t know how or what to eat?
Struggling to keep yourself consistent? Train for a few weeks then fall off the wagon?

We will teach you how to transform your physique at any time, for the rest of your life. You have a wedding coming up in 6 weeks, a holiday, a birthday... Never a problem again. You will have a step by step system in place.
What is included?—
When a client starts working with us, we will get them to fill out a questionnaire to get a better idea of their: Current status, health markers, sleep, diet, training etc.
From here we devise what this client needs to do, to begin the process of upgrading their physique.
We create a customised program for them so they understand exactly what they are doing and when they are doing it. Included will be training days, exercises, sets, reps, tempo’s, percentages etc. All of which are explained.
We set up a check-in day where the client will gather all the required bio-feedback from the week and send it through. We take this data and make the required adjustments to keep progress going in the right direction. (Calories, foods, macronutrients, hydration, supplements, training & diet hacks etc.)
We also encourage the client to keep in contact during the week by sending What’s App messages for quick information exchange. Videos of exercise technique, not sure about something in the program, thoughts etc.
Everything you need to keep progressing toward your goal.
All this value for the price of a takeaway coffee. £3.00 per day.
